Description of Pipe Facing Machine:

This pipe facing machine is a kind of matching equipment for the automatic welding machine, and it is mainly composed of expansion device, principle axis parts, tools, idle pulley system, hydraulic system, and electronic system. Besides, all of the components are anticorrosive, and it can work normally at the temperature of 50℃.

Features of Pipe Facing Machine:

1. The clamp sections are interchangeable, and each clamp section can handle pipes in two different sizes.
2. It can be equipped with the clamp section strictly according to the requirements of users.
3. It is able to easily adapt to various bevel configuration, even the modified "J” bevel configuration for automatic welding.
4. The brush adapters can clean both of the inside and the outside of pipes when the machine is running.
5. Electric power units are also available upon request.
